Pack Hierarchy
Kings. [1]
The King is to be treated with the utmost respect. He is the one in charge, who makes the decisions for the overall well-being of the pack members. What he says goes, without complaint. The King handles the loners who wander onto pack grounds.
Marginals. [1]
The Marginal is the kings mate. Marginals usually stay by their mates side, supporting him. In many cases; the relationship between a king and his mate is arranged and not always love.
Archduke / Archduchess. [2]
These two are the pups of the Queen. They are second in line for leadership when their mother passes on or steps down from the throne. They are to be treated with respect as well.
Royal Guard. [1]
The Royal Guard are only the most elite of all the Knights, and have been chosen by the Queen herself to protect the Archduke, Archduchess, and herself. They remain by the sides of each royal member at all times. There are four, one for each wolf.
Knights / Dames. [5]
These wolves report to the Viceroy, and are often assertive or aggressive. They can't give any commands, but are able to keep an eye on the rest of the pack and fight in wars declared by the Queen. Knights also patrol the border lines.
Nobiles. [5]
Nobiles are the lowest in the pack, but important nonetheless. They are the commoners, and hunt for food when needed.
Marquise. [5]
The Marquise are most often females that care for the pups in the pack, since the Queen is too busy with her duties to care for them on her own. The Marquise never go out to hunt, but instead stay in the dens and tell tales to the young ones.
Adolescents. [4]
The adolescents are younger members that are still training to become Marquise, or Knights. They play with the pups, but leave the feeding and caring for to the Marquise.
Children. [10]
The pups are the future of the pack, and are to be protected at all costs. They get the best, most edible parts of the kill brought back from hunting. They are to be treated with care, and have a precious place in the Queen's heart.
